They went above and beyond when I ran into a significant delay getting into town. While the valet is expensive (like all downtown hotels everywhere) they were friendly and made the effort to ask if I was leaving again the same day, so they could keep the car out front. "Great price for the accommodations you receive. Only negative is that the lobby and bar area, gets pretty cold. They either need to crank up the heat or better isolate the two areas from the front entrance."

"Overall, okay. But if you have a choice nearby for a comparable hotel that has more character, I'd go for it. They energy in this lobby and the staff was just stale. Didn't feel welcoming. Room toilet clogged and they didn't fix it in a timely manner. In fact, they offered me the plunger to do it myself. They need to offer guests EV charging stations or partner with a valet / parking lot who can offer this."
